In this commit, we add the option to use LNURL for invoice retrieval instead of a direct LND connection.

In this commit, we add the option to use LNURL for invoice retrieval
instead of a direct LND connection.
Will split a few things out into separate commits when I get some time.
This works in my testing :) The only question is: are we ok with the fact
that the invoice status is not checked for this Challenger option?
